Unpacking Policies & Procedures

At BFLYS we unpack the policies and procedures that created and maintained existing (healthy and toxic) work cultures. All employees and staff are encouraged to participate in a thorough company review of policies that impact work productivity and career advancement. Reviews are conducted by BFLYS HR and Work Culture Specialists.

Building Healthy Cultures

One DEI workshop once a year doesn’t cut it, but a commitment to breaking down legacies of inequity and building safe healthy work cultures does. At BFLYS we are not magicians; we help companies do the longitudinal work to assess and create healthy non-toxic cultures.
